Presentation Information

Presentations must be made in electronic form (PDF or PowerPoint). A laptop PC will be available for presenters to use. Presenters may bring their own laptops, provided the laptop supports VGA-out. Mac users are encouraged to test their PowerPoint presentations on a PC prior to the conference to ensure compatability, or to bring a Mac laptop.

Authors are encouraged to use common sense when choosing colors and font sizes for their presentations. Please avoid color combinations that are difficult to read (yellow on white, black on navy, red on navy, etc). We also recommend a font size no smaller than 18pt for the main body of the slide, and no smaller than 16pt for any short captions or labels that are intended to be read.
